Spa Etiquette

We would appreciate your adherence to the following:

Reservations

Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 949-582-3551. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, so please have your information ready when calling in order to for us to help you most efficiently.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for your scheduled Treatments.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.

First time clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.  All gratuities are appreciated.

Please limit shower time as it will be counted towards your session time.

We accept Mastercard, Visa Discover and American Express.

Pura Vida Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of language.

We ask that you keep your conversation volume low and refrain from the use of cell phone/pagers while at Pura Vida Day Spa so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience.

Although we love children, please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving treatments at the spa and are accompanied by and adult at the treatments.rocks

We are not responsible for lost items.

Gratuity

Spa personnel appreciate gratuity.  For your convenience gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk. The industry average ranges from 10-20% of the service fees. We are happy to accept cash or it can be added to your credit card. Thank you!

Appreciation Program

*To honor teachers, employees of police departments, fire departments, active duty military and reserves, and military veterans there is a 10% off on any treatment. The goal of this program is to enhance the lives of those who work to improve our communities by discounting our treatments.
